This clinic is designed for players ages 12-16s interested in improving their serving mechanics to produce a more consistent serve. We will also focus on contacting the ball properly, tossing well and overhand serving.

Players will also learn how to spike, if they don't already know how to. They'll also learn the concepts and how to jump for the ball front row while learnign how to swing when the ball is being set. Our coaches will go through our jump approach and timing of the ball to spike in the front row.
