Big City Volleyball is excited to announce registration is OPEN for our Girls' Youth League Spring 2025 season! The league is for girls in grades 7-12 in Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan who are looking to develop their skills in a competitive environment. The league is a great alternative to club in terms of price and convenience of travel but it also helps develop players who are aspiring to reach that level.

Registration for the Spring 2025 League includes:

• Once Weekly Practices
• Weekend Refereed Matches
• In-Season Festivities including Spirit Week and Prizes
• Professional Uniforms
• All players are guaranteed to play in a minimum of 2 sets per match
• Experienced Big City VB Coaching Staff with collegiate experience + referees
• All-City Championship - June 7th, 2025 (FOR TEAMS THAT QUALIFY)

This program is great for players who want to CONTINUE playing organized matches after their school volleyball season ends. Additionally, players in this program will receive DISCOUNTED PRICING if they qualify for our Travel Club in the 2025/26 season.

League Pricing:

Returning Players

• Entrance Fee: $875
• Early Bird Entrance Fee: $825
  All returning players from previous seasons are not required to try out and can save $50 when registering before Dec 25th at 11:59pm with our Christmas Discount!

New Players

• Entrance Fee: $950
• Try-Out Fee: $25

All NEW players must attend one Try-Out to be considered for the league and should have prior playing experience on a school team or have taken our advanced youth volleyball classes or summer camps during the year.

For New Players accepted, the Girls' Youth League program will cost $950 and include:

• Spring 2025 Season: February 24th - June 7th
• 8 practices
• 8 Weekend Refereed Matches including Playoffs
• 2 divisions: 7-8th grade / 9-12th grade
• NO GAMES or PRACTICES the following dates
  Private School Spring Break (3/10-3/29)
  Public School Spring Break (4/7-4/19)
  Memorial Day Week (5/19-5/24)
• Max roster size 12
• Match Locations: Manhattan (Midtown West) / Brooklyn (Williamsburg) / Queens (Forest Hills)
• Match Days: Saturdays
• Match Time Frame: 9am - 6 pm (Varies Depending on Borough)
• Once a Week Practice Days and Times : M-F from 6pm – 9:00pm
• Manhattan Practice location - Upper West side / Upper East Side (Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday)
• Brooklyn Practice location - Park Slope (Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday)
• Queens Practice location - Forest Hills (Monday / Friday)
• All-City Championship - June 7th FOR TEAMS THAT QUALIFY
