We are excited to launch Big City Volleyball's Fall 2024 Women’s Indoor League in Manhattan! The Season is open to Individuals and Teams with an Open Scrimmage and Ranking Scrimmage for new teams and players.

The 10-week season begins September 23rd. The entry deadline is Thursday, September 19th. (Individuals without teams can register as Free Agents in advance or come to one of the Open Scrimmages listed below to find a team).

League Pricing:

Team Entrance Fee: $1650/team

Individual Entrance Fee (Free Agent): $165.00

Who Can Participate:

Intermediate to Advanced female players only! Players must be able to handle a free ball, pass accurately, serve consistently, and play bump-set-spike volleyball (skill level equivalency in Big City to Divisions 4 & 5). If you cannot do the above, you will be asked not to participate.

Register A Team:

Your team will play on Monday evenings each week, making it very easy on your schedule! Start times vary from week to week, but typically are 6:30, 7:45 & 9:00 pm.

All New Teams - once we receive your registration, we’ll contact you to arrange a pre-season team Ranking Scrimmage on September 16th to determine your team’s level of play and divisional placement.

Register As An Individual:

Players without teams can register in advance as Free Agents and will be assigned to teams automatically by our admin, OR you can come to Big City’s Open Scrimmage on 9/16 and form your own teams with other Free Agents! While there, players will warm up and run through drills as directed by our coaches. Throughout the event, players are encouraged to mingle, find players of similar skill level and form teams with other free agents. By the end of the evening, you're on a team!

Free Agent Teams formed from Open Scrimmages are treated as Split-Payment Teams, which means required to cover the full team cost of $1650. Therefore, if there are less than 10 players on the team, all signed up as free agents, everyone will need to make an extra payment to fulfill the Team balance and will be invoiced or automatically charged.

Big City Volleyball games are played in top-quality gyms in NYC. By the end of the season, each team will have played in all of our beautiful facilities. All schools are no more than 2-3 blocks from an express train stop and easily accessible by subway, bus, or car.

With same night every week play, beautiful gyms, great refs, schedule/scores/standings all posted online, and prizes, it’s no wonder we’re known as NY’s best league.

• Big City will create teams of up to 10 players out of those who register as Free Agents in advance. All pre-paid teams are responsible for the full team fee. Exceptions only apply to free-agent teams that do not get filled with free agents.
• Due to event conflicts with gyms, teams may play double-headers some evenings.
• No guests are allowed at any of our indoor gyms due to school policies.
