We are excited to launch Big City Volleyball's Winter 2026 CoEd Indoor League! The season is open to Individuals and Teams with an Open Scrimmage and Ranking Scrimmage for new teams and players.

The 10-week season begins January 12th. The entry deadline is Thursday, January 8th. (Individuals without teams can register as Free Agents in advance or come to one of the Open Scrimmages listed below to find a team).

Register As A Team:

Your team will play the same night each week (either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), making it very easy on your schedule! Start times vary week to week, but typically are between 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm.

New Teams - once we receive your registration, we’ll contact you to arrange a pre-season team Ranking Scrimmage to determine your team’s level of play and divisional placement.

Register As An Individual:

Players without teams can register in advance as Free Agents and will be assigned to teams automatically by our admin, OR you can come to one of Big City’s Open Scrimmages and form your own teams with other Free Agents! While there, players will warm up and run through drills as directed by our coaches. Throughout the event, players are encouraged to mingle, find players of similar skill level and form teams with other free agents. By the end of the evening, you're on a team!

Free Agent Teams formed from Open Scrimmages are treated as Split-Payment Teams, which means they are required to cover the full team cost. Therefore, if there are less than 10 players on the team, all signed up as free agents, everyone will need to make an extra payment to fulfill the Team balance and will be invoiced or automatically charged.

Big City Volleyball games are played in top-quality gyms located in the hottest neighborhoods in NYC. By the end of the season, each team will have played in all of our beautiful facilities. All schools are no more than 2-3 blocks from an express train stop and easily accessible by subway, bus, or car.

With same night every week play, beautiful gyms, great refs, schedule/scores/standings all posted online, trophies, and prizes, it’s no wonder we’re known as NY’s best league.

• Big City will create teams of up to 10 players out of those who register as Free Agents in advance. All pre-paid teams are responsible for the full team fee. Exceptions only apply to free-agent teams that do not get filled with free agents.
• Due to event conflicts with gyms, teams may play double-headers some evenings.
• Spectators are not allowed at any of our indoor gyms due to school policies.
• Co-Ed Rules require at least one female player and 4 males maximum on the court at all times.
